Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in: 3PM or anytime after
  • Check-out: 11AM
  • Rates are based on two adults, it is only $15 per night for each additional adult in Cabin #3 & #5, no additional charge for children under 3 not exceeding maximum occupancy.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • A valid credit card must be used for all reservations.
  • If you have to cancel please notify us at least 30 days prior to your reservation date to allow us a chance to re-book and we will apply your payment to a future reservation.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation may forfeit your reservation unless we are able to re-book your cabin.
  • Cancellations due to severe weather can re-booked and be applied to a future reservation.
  • If you have to depart early, we are sorry but we are unable to give a refund.
  • All re-bookings should be made within and are valid for 30 days and subject to availability.
  • Cancellations or re-bookings may be require a $25.00 processing fee per reservation.
  • All prices are correct when posted, however maybe subject to change, Smoking is permitted outdoors and on covered patios.
  • Please do not smoke inside the cabins, there is a $100.00 additional cleaning fee for anyone smoking inside your cabin.
  • We have a strict No Pet Policy.
  • Any damages or loss incurred will be charged to your credit card.
